Natural vs Lab Grown Diamonds
Daniel Namdar here, and for this #diamondtalk I wanted to delve into one of the hottest topics in our industry: Lab Grown vs. Natural Diamonds. Are they really the same?

In general, when you read about a topic like this, it’s usually written by someone who has a vested interest in selling either natural or lab-grown diamonds, which naturally makes the information biased. Although we at Namdar sell natural diamonds, I wanted to provide an honest, straightforward explanation—without trying to promote one over the other—and simply explain what they are.
First Things First: What is a Diamond?
To make a long story short and skip over the technical details that no one really cares about, a diamond is a type of mineral formed by carbon atoms under high pressure and temperature. When cut well, it reflects light exceptionally well (otherwise known as brilliance or shine).
While many factors affect a gemstone's value, the key drivers are beauty, durability, and most importantly—demand. For centuries, diamonds have served as a symbol of wealth, status, and achievement. To this day, it is a deeply accepted part of our culture that diamonds carry intrinsic value. Because people continuously desire to own and wear them, market prices have remained steady and have historically increased over time.
Well written and thought out. In industry for 50 years held AGS GG and GIA CG for decades.
What we supply to people are symbols of their undying affection. Both lab and natural provide that beauty, vision and durability. Let the customer decide what is in their best interest.
Best explanation ever
